Orlando Harley-Davidson is thrilled to extend an invitation for you to take a behind-the-scenes tour of our iconic facilities. Immerse yourself in the rich heritage and innovation that define the Harley-Davidson legacy.

Tour Guidelines

To assist you in your planning, here are some key criteria we consider for tour requests:

  • Total Number of Attendees: We require organizations to provide the total number of attendees at the time of booking.
  • Minimum Attendance: Tours are available for organizations with 25 attendees or more.
  • Tour Scheduling: Tours are not available on Sundays or Mondays.
  • Tour Timing: Tours must be scheduled before 2:00 pm.
  • Community Connection: Preference is given to organizations led, organized, or actively supported by Orlando Harley-Davidson customers.

Submitting Your Request

If you believe your organization meets the above criteria, please click the button below and submit the requested information. Kindly note that a submission is a request and does not guarantee a tour. However, we're committed to accommodating as many organizations as possible, subject to availability and certain criteria.

Please be advised that tour requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event date but no sooner than 120 days prior. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we review submissions monthly. If your request is selected, a member of our team will reach out to you directly.
