We came in 15 minutes before closing time. Siike was the manager on duty. He was great. He showed no signs of annoyance he was very friendly. I accidentally spilled water and he assured me that it was ok as he cleaned it up super fast. He provided great customer service and even upsold me some items. I walked in planning on just browsing and ended up leaving with over 200$ in merchandise because when your treated right thats where you want to do business. We will be back keep up the good work

Karina Acevedo at the Disney Springs store was truly amazing. She was so helpful in the process of returning a shirt I purchased and needed to exchange for size for my brother. My prior employment was sales management and I must say she went above and beyond what most people in her profession would do. She is aa definite asset to the Disney Springs Harley Davidson Store. It has been a long time since I received such exception care in a retail store. We live in Pennsylvania and the Post Office made a mistake with our return. Karina solved the problem and handled it with professionalism and we can not say enough good things about the service she provided.

Craig was able to have someone bring over a bike from the warehouse for me to look at. Even had a great insurance broker who was able to get my insurance before leaving. We were on vacation in Florida and stopped in to just browse. However when we saw the 2021 Ultra Limited Harley for sale, we fell in love.
